Because court can be costly, stressful, and unpredictable, engaging the services of a mediator can help facilitate effective communication and the potential resolution of conflict by mutual consent and agreement.

To save travel time and costs, my mediation sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom. After payment of the administrative fee of $200, which is equally shared between the parties, my standard rate per hour is $200. If I am court-appointed to serve as mediator, the administrative fee is $175 and hourly rate is $150.
